Nesbit Real Estate Inc.

"Jeff Nesbit helped us purchase our condo at Grandview. He was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable about Fort Myers Beach. We appreciated all the time he spent with us to find our home in paradise!"

"I listed and sold a piece of property with Tanner after many calls from many different realtors call only wanting one thing. To list my home. With being an investor and have been on both sides as buyer and seller Tanner by far stands out from 3/4 of the realtors in Cape Coral. As everyone should know there is much more than just listing a house. Tanner kept me informed and followed up on all showings and leads. Even when the buyers agent never attempted to do his job in addendums and following the contract to make sure there we're no loose ends on multiple occasions the buyers agent failed. If you’re looking for an honest ambitious realtor that’s working for you whether you are the buyer or seller Tanner is that Realtor. Thank you again tanner."

"My husband and I rented condos for vacations from Kathy Nesbitt vacations for many years. I accepted a job transfer to Florida so we asked the office for an agent referral. Unknowingly it turned out Nesbit does real estate too. Lol. We spoke to Jeff initially and started working with Carmen immediately while we were in Michigan. She sent us listings from the network and we tweaked our criteria until we made a short list. Carmen worked hard to find us “the house”. She was great at communicating and giving us many options to choose from. Oh did I mention we were under a terrible time crunch to find a house in under a months time? Carmen came through for us with flying colors and we are very happy with our new home. Being new to the area Jeff and Carmen provided a lot of answers to questions and information from their years of experience and vast contacts in the area."
